So far, AVE has conducted projects and programmes in 805 schools, has worked with 8,160 teachers and has thus reached 128,700 children studying at the respective schools.

By consolidating and celebrating the Leadership and Educational Management Academy, Edu Networks and HumanKind programmes, we are preparing to set off on a new journey aiming to bring the educational system in Romania to Europe’s top 10, via The Programme for the Transformation of Schools in Romania.

The total budget during the September 2022 – August 2023 period was 1.9 million Euro, of which 1.6 million were invested in the AVE programmes.

We proceed with the mission we have undertaken from the very beginning, engaging the business environment in business-mentoring relationships. We stay in touch with the public policies concerning education and support school headmasters in becoming the leaders our children need.
