Educational model

The Leadership and Educational Management Academy
is the programme underpinned by an intensive professional development process that aims to transform leadership and management skills by means of trainings, workshops, 1-on-1 business mentoring, leadership profile assessment tools, case studies, meetings with speakers and leaders boasting a vast experience, events, and affiliation to a community comprising other headmasters from the country and abroad who share successful practices.
The programme lasts 15 months and will be available for 200 headmasters from kindergartens, primary, middle and high schools throughout the country, determined to effect significant changes across the academic results and the culture in their schools and become agents of change within the schools and communities they lead.
