Selection into the programme
The selection of the 200 school headmasters to be included in the fourth generation of the Leadership and Educational Management Academy shall take place in 3 stages.

Stage 1
Application form
You have to answer to a series of questions about you, as a school headmaster, and your actions so far. Moreover, it helps to have a CV at hand. (this test is preliminary).
Stage 2
Leadership profile and potential questionnaire
(this test is preliminary).
Stage 3
Group interview with work tasks
(this test is preliminary).

If you are now a candidate for a headmaster or deputy headmaster position as part of the national contest, sign up in this stage!
We will get back to you after the final test of the contest to ask whether you have successfully become a headmaster. Here is a theoretical outlook of the tests for you:
- You will reconfirm your registration by April 3, 2022.
- You will go through selection Stages 2 and 3 by April 10.
Your responsibility and availability for the programme:
- You intend to effect remarkable changes through activities relevant to the particularities of the school you manage.
- You take part in all the programme elements stated under the Educational model: attending the training modules, monthly time for business mentoring, filling out the assessment tools required as part of the programme.
- You allot preparation time for the training modules and complete the work tasks mapped by the enablers.
- You involve the community in the school transformation process and make decisions together with all the stakeholders.
- You help with fulfilling the administrative strict requirements of running the programme: the expense statement, collecting the information required to organise meetings, and so on.
